Many companies rely on one-person marketing departments. When you’re responsible for all the marketing tasks for a company, it can be overwhelming and daunting at times. It’s also an opportunity to showcase your talents and can foster career development. Professionals who are the lone marketer for a company will be able to network with peers through shared mutual experiences, discussions of best practices for managing day-to-day challenges, and collaborating on new, inventive ways we can excel as teams of one.
