Research estimates that 1 in 4 adults will experience a mental-health issue over the course of their careers. Questions abound in society about how leaders and organizations can help end the stigma and improve workplace mental health. Professionals who manage such issues will be able to network with peers through shared mutual experiences, discussions of best practices for managing career life, and brainstorming ways we can drive change and acceptance in the workplace.
