As cannabis legalization continues to gain traction in the US, states have begun to develop laws to regulate it. Cannabis advertising is a controversial area of regulation. As the US continues to face the challenges that come with the legalization of a new industry, attorneys are getting ahead of the advertising law issues that are sure to come.
