Global collaboration is rapidly becoming an integral part of school curriculum. Students from Russia and the USA are working together to stop fake news. Youth from China and Costa Rica are collaborating to fight climate change. Students from Syria, Iran, and Afghanistan are promoting tolerance with counterparts across Europe and the Americas. This session will showcase the powerful videos, service projects, presentations, VR experiences, and other multimedia projects created by international student teams. We’ll then explore the data demonstrating how quickly such collaborations are becoming part of school curriculum and discuss the implications for the well-being of our societies and our planet.
