Patagonia Austin (316 Congress Ave, Austin, TX - 512.320.8383, @patagoniaaustin) hosts wildlife biologist and best-selling author Douglas Chadwick for an evening slide show with readings from his newest book, Tracking Gobi Grizzlies, a chronicle of Mongols, ninjas, vodka, gold and the world’s rarest bears. A compelling portrait of the grizzlies, Chadwick demonstrates why saving this endangered animal supports an entire ecosystem. There’ll be time for questions, we’ll enjoy snacks and beverages and books will be available for purchase and signing at this event.
