Refresh Brunch W/ Chef Matthew Jennings

Launderette Austin
2115 Holly St., Austin, TX, 78702
2.13km SE

Launderette will host Chef Matthew Jennings for a special brunch event dubbed “Refresh Brunch” on Sunday, March 10th from 11am-2:30pm.

Matthew Jennings, friend and colleague of Launderette, will be in Austin to speak on a SXSW panel about how he has transformed his life through mindfulness. In recent years, Matt has undergone a dramatic lifestyle change, dedicating himself to wellness & fitness, and now leads others through his recently-formed consultancy Full Heart Hospitality.

Inspired by Matthew’s personal transformation and his shift towards a health-focused lifestyle, “Refresh Brunch” is a chef collab event celebrating the intersection of culinary creativity and wellness. The menu by chefs Rene Ortiz, Matthew Jennings and Laura Sawicki will feature deceptively delicious health-forward dishes made with lean proteins, whole grains and unrefined sugars and includes vegan, vegetarian and dairy-free offerings. Each chef has also created a special cocktail and a non-alcoholic elixir for the event.

Those interested in attending the Refresh Brunch are encouraged to arrive at Launderette early on Sunday, March 10th, as the event is walk-in only and advance reservations will not be accepted.
