This presentation will aim to enlighten individuals on the importance of investing in their local communities through innovation and technology, and retaining innovative individuals in the community. We will use the Thunder Launchpad as our example of how investing in the innovative community can create a positive impact. The Thunder Launchpad is a synergetic workspace that aims to foster growth and bolster innovation in the state of Oklahoma. It houses the accelerator program, which seeks to cultivate, promote and encourage entrepreneurs and the startup community in Oklahoma. The Launchpad also hosts events and programs curated to enhance tech education, mentorship and networking.
