Introversion is a personality trait characterized by a focus on internal feelings rather than on external sources of stimulation. If going to a crowded party energizes you, then you are an extrovert. If going to a crowded party drains you, then you are an introvert. Being an introvert does not mean you do not like being around people, it just means that social interactions use more energy, so us introverts need to recharge by spending time alone.
Modern design work-spaces center around collaboration and communication. This type of environment can be challenging for introverts.
By coming together, we can share our experiences and learn from each other how to navigate challenging situations and how being an introvert can make you better at your everyday job.
