The Hispanic Promise is a first-of-its-kind national pledge to hire, promote, retain, and celebrate Hispanics in the workplace. Launched at the World Economic Forum in 2019, the Hispanic Promise is a non-legally binding sign of intention resulting from the joint efforts of multiple Hispanic organizations. It is as a call to action for business leaders and companies of corporate America to create a more inclusive work environment for Hispanics. Similar commitments exist to help ensure that African Americans are recruited and retained in numbers that stretch the current status and trajectory. In this session, we’ll explore how companies are addressing the challenges businesses face in recruiting and retaining these critical diverse groups and how we can continue to achieve success.
