A drastic reimagining of gender is underway, one that will permanently reshape our future — and the way we think about design.
More than 12% of millennials identify as transgender or gender non-conforming, and a majority believe that gender is a spectrum rather than a man/woman binary. Among Gen Zers, the majority know someone who uses a gender neutral pronoun and 25% expect to change their gender identity at least once during their lifetime.
With these shifting perceptions in mind, gender must be reimagined throughout the company.From research to product design to marketing.
