This Yoga Meet Up will offer an all-levels yoga and meditation class that inspires purposeful movement, increases presence and is accessible to everyone.
My classes are always marked by a balance of structured flow and intentional focus with a higher aim to always leave my students feeling aligned. As a teacher, I'm passionate about purposeful sequencing, empowered exploration, intelligent alignment and soulful reflection.
