What are some legal concepts that make music festivals like Coachella possible, and ignorance of which landed the founder of the Fyre Festival in prison? This session will discuss legal and business aspects of music festival agreements, and what makes them distinct from traditional touring, recording, merchandising, streaming and live performance deals.
