Which new song makes you want to tell everyone about? Which album can’t you stop listening to? Who is an artist to follow? And where is the next cool live show to check out? These and more are questions Elke and Oliver pursue with their indie music blog glamglare, covering the indie pop, rock and electronic genres. At home in New York City, the blog is best known for its Song Pick of the Day column, featuring a new single each day -rain or shine- since 2015, often giving emerging artists their first media exposure. This year, glamglare presents their third official SXSW showcase, with a diverse lineup of international acts.
