Originally, the digital divide was a question as to who had access to computers and the Internet. Not only does the issue of digital access persist but an even greater divide is emerging in cities: the growing economic divide between those who are prospering from tech and those who find themselves unable to afford to live in their own city. More and more people are unable to keep pace with those in the tech sector and dealing with the impact of the increased cost of living in cities.
