Luke Milton, Founder of Training Mate & Swisse Brand Ambassador, will lead an engaging and hands-on 45 minute HIIT workout (high intensity interval training) class for all workout levels as part of Movement and Mindfulness at Australia House presented by Swisse Wellness. Yoga mats and towels will be provided. Please wear appropriate exercise attire and sneakers.
