The human resurgence. Expertise, curation and care in immersive experience design
What if everything you knew about experience design was wrong? Why human curation and intentionality matter when designing and making immersive experiences and technology. And why, at this moment when we are all becoming less enamoured with technology, the resurgence of human expertise is important. ACMI - Australia’s new museum of media - has been rebooted in the context of computational curation, recommender systems, and algorithmic culture. This panel will explore the role of computational thinking, and interactive media in curation and the design of immersive and interactive customer experiences.
