Austin may be known for great BBQ, but down under we’ve been cooking over fire with unique native ingredients for over 60,000 years. Australia House opens with a special collaboration between Australian chef Neil Perry and Australian mixologist Linden Pride of Dante restaurant in New York City. We’ll be swapping the ‘shrimps on the barbie’ for grilled Scull Island Prawns and Paspaley Pearl meat cooked on pepper-bark as we explore one of the world’s oldest living food cultures. Join special guests Robert and Terri Irwin and live Aussie bands to kick-off this week of fun events at Australia House.
