POP Montreal, the non-profit, artist-centric international music festival, located in Montreal, Canada, returns to SXSW to showcase up and coming acts that generate buzz both locally and abroad. This year’s performers include alternative 'mood conductor’ Yves Jarvis (FKA. Un Blonde), pop-harpist Emilie Khan, artist and activist R&B singer Tika, ‘mutant pop, krautrock, psych’ band Pottery, franco jazz-rap provocateurs Les Louanges and ‘dreamy slow jam’ singer Liza.
